Richard Osmond

Chairman and CEO

Mr. Osmond has over 25 years of experience in the mining sector including experience with INCO (VBNC), Falconbridge and Anglo American. He was involved in exploration discoveries at Vale's Voisey's Bay deposit and Glencore's Raglan mine. He was later hired as a senior technical leader with Anglo American responsible for North America and Europe focused on Ni exploration in northern Canada, Alaska and Scandinavia as well as IOCG and porphyry Cu-Mo exploration in Mexico and Alaska. Mr. Osmond is currently the President of GlobeTrotters Resource Group Inc.

Manuel Montoya

Chief Technical Officer

Mr. Montoya has over 35 years of experience in the natural resource sector primarily in South America. He was an integral part of the GlobeTrotters Resource Group team that made the initial discovery of the Company’s Elida porphyry Cu-Mo-Ag deposit as well as the highly prospective Atravezado porphyry Cu-Mo target at Flor de Cobre. He started his career working as a Mining Exploration Geologist with the Peruvian Geological Survey and later working in the petroleum industry as a production geologist for Petroperú S.A. For the past 20 years, he has been involved in the mining industry as a Chief Geologist for Cominco Perú, Chief Geologist of the Andes Exploration Group in South America for Teck Cominco and as a Principal Geologist for the Andes Exploration Group for Teck. As Principal Geologist, he was involved in project generation, strategic planning, evaluations, and recommendations for Tier-1 porphyry copper projects throughout South America primarily focused on Perú, Chile, Argentina, Ecuador, and Colombia. Manuel was also an integral part of the exploration team at Teck responsible for the discovery of the Zafranal porphyry copper-gold deposit in southern Perú. Throughout his career, Manuel has worked on a diverse group of exploration and development projects that include porphyry Cu, epithermal Au, CRD-skarn, MVT, VMS, SEDEX, Orogenic Au and IOCG deposit types.

Duane Lo, CPA (CA)

CFO

Duane is a financial executive in the mining industry with 20 years of experience in financing, business development, management and administration of mining operations and development projects in multiple jurisdictions including USA, Africa, Brazil, Mongolia. Currently, Duane is the Chief Financial Officer of Ridgeline Minerals Corp., Entrée Resources Ltd and recently was the CFO of Mason Resources Corp, which was sold to Hudbay Minerals. He also worked for Luna Gold, First Quantum, and Deloitte. Duane holds a Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant (CA) designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia.

Ms. Gieselman has 32 years of international experience with junior mining and exploration companies listed on the TSX, TSXV, OTCBB, NASDAQ and AMEX, in the roles of Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, Corporate Secretary and Director. During her tenure in the resource sector, Terese has accumulated an extensive background in corporate and financial reporting and compliance for Canada and the United States, including particularly relevant experience in financings, treasury, international corporate structures and financial reporting in Mexico, Peru, Chile, Argentina and Zimbabwe. Terese is currently the CFO, Secretary & Director of TSX.V listed Golden Ridge Resources Ltd. and CFO & Director of Julian Resources

Ricardo Labó

Country Manager, Peru

Mr. Labó is a mineral economist with over 20 years industry experience in Peru, Latin America, and Africa. He currently shares his times also as associate consultant for LQG Energy and Mining Consulting. He has held several high-level positions in the Ministry of Energy and Mines of Peru including Vice Minister of Mines, Advisor to the Minister of Energy and Mines as well as Director of Mining Promotion and Development where he successfully promoted responsible mining exploration and development investment in the country. In the private sector, he held several senior positions at the Australia Peru Chamber of Commerce, Rio Tinto, Roche, Phelps Dodge and Grupo Apoyo, provided strategic advisory and consultancy services to several international mining companies and institutions, and was a board member of several private and state-owned mining and energy companies. He also lectures, publishes and is an opinion leader related to the mining industry. Mr. Labó is a Peruvian Chartered Economist from Universidad del Pacifico (Peru), with an MSc. in Mineral Economics from Colorado School of Mines (US), an LLM in Mineral Law and Policy from CEPMLP, University of Dundee (Scotland, UK) and an MBA from Adolfo Ibañez School of Management (Chile and US).
